A good fit

You have a community that buys what you offer. Your work benefits from time together. You want a remote, physical experience, and a partner to handle the operation. You are comfortable sending your people to Moonflower to book.

You do not need to be a wilderness guide.

Participants do need to be ready for creek crossings, uneven footing and camping. We help you assess whether the format fits your people.

Questions about hosting

Who takes bookings and payments?

Moonflower. Guests book and pay through us; we handle confirmations and booking support.

We develop the offer together. Moonflower approves the final guest price and booking terms.

We agree your compensation and payout schedule before the retreat is promoted.

Yes. Your name, theme and program lead the story. Moonflower is clearly identified as the seller and wilderness operator.

Moonflower manages the authorized operation. We confirm that your proposed program fits before offering the retreat. Our guide makes field decisions.

We agree on launch criteria and cancellation terms before promotion. Moonflower handles guest bookings and refunds under those terms.

Not necessarily. They need to be comfortable with uneven ground, repeated creek crossings and camping. We assess readiness and choose a format that fits the group.

We’ll work through the equipment, meals and dietary needs with you. Each retreat’s booking page makes clear what is included and what guests need to bring.

We shape the schedule around your program and the group’s abilities. The route, season and conditions determine what works in the canyon.

We agree the group size during planning, based on the retreat format, staffing and permit limits.

We provide the meeting point and access instructions. Travel to and from the meeting point is not included unless the retreat offer says otherwise.

Moonflower monitors conditions and makes field decisions. We explain weather-related changes, cancellations and rescheduling terms before anyone books.
